Guitar Player Magazine Lick

This is a guitar lick that I submitted to "Guitar Player" magazine for their Reader's Challenge Series.
It was published in the September 2002 issue on page 97.

In this video I mostly play variations of the original lick:

1) playing the "entire version" using hammer-ons & pull-offs

2) playing it ascending/reading it "sort of" backwards in the tab(using 'descending 2 note scale fragments' instead of the 'ascending 2 note scale fragments' used in the original GP lick

3) playing an improvisation based on the E phrygian scale(Key of C) using the pattern/fingering concepts suggested by the original lick

4) playing licks based on symmetrical patterns ie. every 2 strings is the same pattern and/or fingering

5) playing "sweep arpeggios" of the E,F & G major triads using "2" different versions/arpeggio shapes
